We strongly recommend that all vaccines be administered at least 7 days prior to arrival. This timing helps ensure the vaccines are fully effective and reduces the risk of any reactions.

  • Dogs: Distemper/Parvo combo, Rabies (within the last year), Bordetella (within the last year)
  • Cats: FVRCP, Rabies, Feline Leukemia. All cats must be spayed or neutered.

Medications
All necessary medications or supplements must be provided in their original bottles and precounted for the exact amount needed for the duration of your pet's stay. This ensures safe and accurate administration.

Toys and Bedding

We welcome you to bring your pet's own bedding, provided it is machine washable. Please note that oversized or overstuffed beds, as well as pet crates or carriers, are not permitted.

You may bring up to two toys for your pet. All toys must be larger than a tennis ball, waterproof, and clearly labeled with your name. For safety reasons, rawhide toys are not allowed due to choking hazards.

These guidelines help ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all our guests.

Reservations

All reservations require a deposit to secure your pet's stay.

  • Standard Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the boarding date will receive a full refund. If you choose to pick up your pet earlier than the reserved departure without providing a 3-day notice, you will be responsible for half of the remaining stay.
  • Major Holidays & High-Demand Periods: For peak times-including Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day through Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the two weeks surrounding Christmas and New Year-a deposit of half the total stay is required to reserve your pet's spot. Cancellations during these periods must be made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled stay for a refund.
These policies help ensure availability and allow us to provide the best care for every guest during busy times.
