Due to potential choking, we do not allow rawhide bones and/or toys.

A: Yes, we highly advise you to make an appointment. Like all resorts, reservations enable us to staff accordingly, ensure we have adequate space available and properly plan for your pet's arrival. This is especially important during our busy times like summer, holidays or when the kids are out of school. Memorial Day, Christmas, Spring Break and Labor Day are often times booked up months in advance.

If the Kennel cough shot needs to be updated prior to boarding, it must be done at least 7 days prior to boarding. Feline guests need to show proof of Rabies, Feline Leukemia and FVRCP.
