Randy was a futures trader at the CME for his whole career, but he always had animals as part of his life. In 2006, he bought a dog named Howie and since then he has been doing high-level training in a sport called Schutzhund. The sport ultimately encouraged him to train all over the country. He traveled to Germany to purchase a female Bina which led to having 5 litters of German Shepherds. His dogs have become police dogs, executive-level protection dogs, and great family dogs. For 5 years Randy searched for the right pet resort to follow his passion for animals. When he found Almost Home Pet Resort he knew it was a perfect fit. Randy loves being in Texas and at the kennel daily.
